Yes. We run scoped pilot engagements with qualified U.S. school districts — typically one school or a single grade band — at no cost or reduced cost, so leadership can evaluate platform fit before a multi-school rollout.

No. Our pricing is per enrolled student. Teachers, principals, district leaders, and parents all receive role-based access at no additional per-seat cost.

Read-only credentials (or extract access) for your SIS, a designated district point-of-contact, and a quick alignment call with your curriculum and IT leads. We handle the data engineering, dashboard configuration, and user provisioning.

Is student data secure on My Progress Bridge?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256. We follow the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and AICPA SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, with role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, and continuous monitoring. Each district's data is logically isolated by tenant.

Where is student data hosted?

Student data is hosted on U.S.-based infrastructure with redundant data centers. We do not transfer student data outside the United States.

How do you handle access control?

Granular role-based access control (RBAC) restricts every user to only the students, schools, and metrics they're authorized to see. We support SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect SSO, and require MFA for administrative roles.

Who owns the data?

Your district owns 100% of your data. We process it on your behalf under written contract. Upon termination, all student data is returned or destroyed within the timeframes specified in your agreement (within 60 days for New York LEAs).

Is the platform FERPA compliant?

Yes. We process student data only as a school official with a legitimate educational interest under 34 C.F.R. § 99.31, and act as a third-party contractor under New York Education Law § 2-d where applicable. We sign Data Sharing & Confidentiality Agreements (DSCAs), do not sell student data, and never use it for advertising or non-educational purposes.

Never. Student data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train external AI models. Our only use of district data is to power the analytics and intervention features your district has subscribed to.

My Progress Bridge connects to your Student Information System (PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Skyward, and others), assessment platforms, and CSV/spreadsheet exports. Most districts are connected in days, not months — no engineering team required on your side. We support SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect SSO out of the box.

Does this replace our SIS?

No. My Progress Bridge sits on top of your SIS and other systems as an analytics and intervention layer. Your SIS remains your system of record — we read from it, organize the data, and surface insights. You keep full control of your source systems and your data.

We support major K-12 assessment platforms including i-Ready, NWEA MAP, STAR, state assessment exports, and CSV uploads from any platform that can export student-level data.
